1. Delivery: 3–4 working days after receipt of advance payment. 2. Payment Terms: 100% Advance before dispatch. (In case any customization, special design, or modification is required, the customer must pay 50% advance of the total machine value before the customization or modification process starts. The customization or modification work will be initiated only after receipt of this advance payment. The remaining balance amount must be paid before dispatch of the machine.) 3. Transport Freight and taxes extra at actual to pay basis. 4. Warranty: 1 year on motor (excluding winding burn due to voltage fluctuation) or Inadequate pressure 5. After-Sales Support: Installation, training, or major on-site service (if required) will be provided service engineer charges will be ₹2,000 per day; however, flight tickets and accommodation must be arranged and paid for by the buyer/company. 6. FREE lifetime service support over the video call.
